By accessing and using CloudFile CDN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, store, or distribute:

• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Illegal, harmful, or abusive material
• Spam or unsolicited bulk content

Storage & Limits

Each account is subject to a storage quota as configured by the administrator. Files exceeding the maximum file size limit will be rejected. The platform reserves the right to modify storage limits at any time.

Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. CloudFile CDN does not claim any ownership over your content. However, by making a file public, you grant others permission to access and download it via the shared link.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your files may be deleted.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
